Sales & Contribution

Drive all-India Sales and Marketing activities through the Sales team and dealer-distributor network to achieve budgeted levels of sales and contribution. Prepare and plan periodic visits to key customers together with concerned sales person to keep in touch with customer needs, resolve their issues and to also ensure a steady order load. Oversee forecasting and planning of order load and product mix to achieve desired levels of Plant load and capacity utilization.Formulate and implement product pricing policies based on market feedback for continuous improvement of the average realization of finished product and increase in market share Oversee, approve and monitor monthly Sales plans to be executed by the Sales team so as to achieve targets by product category, by distributor, by territory/customer based on the Annual budget. Monitor and review sales performance of the team each month based on goals and targets set for them and take necessary actions to plug performance gaps. Oversee and provide support to the operations.
